Types of Massage Offered

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic massage is manipulation of soft tissues to bring the body back into balance. Varying levels of pressure
are used to release tension and tightness in the tissues.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Points are areas of tenderness in a muscle. Trigger point therapy involves the application of pressure to the tender points in order to relieve pain and tension and restore muscle function.

Neuromuscular Therapy

Neuromuscular Therapy is a system of treating structural imbalances in the body. It consists of alternating levels of pressure on the areas of muscle tightness and spasm.

Shiatsu & Acupressure

Shiatsu & Acupressure are finger pressure massage techniques that are founded on the Chinese meridian system. The therapist applies pressure to specific areas of the client’s body along the meridians to unblock energy and reestablish the optimal flow of chi (energy).

Stress Reduction & Relaxation

Massage increases circulation and blood flow which improves body/mind functioning, reduces muscle strain and allows one to move more freely. Massage releases endorphins and leaves the client feeling lighter and more refreshed.
